Introduction
This agreement, including addendums, (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) is between you (who could be “User(s)”, “Player(s)”, or “Member(s)”) and the undersigned (“madovergames.com”) and any applications, games and services (“Software” or “Service”) in the MadOverGames Network. By using any MadOverGames application you explicitly agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
License
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein MadOverGames grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use any necessary Software used in connection with its Services on any single device at any given time, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Service. You agree not to modify the Service in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including, without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service.
Your responsibility
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of the Service under your credentials. Any unauthorized use of the credentials shall be your responsibility and be deemed as your use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MadOverGames, along with its affiliates, managers, agents and directors, for any and all claims, losses, liability, damages and costs arising from such use.
